Intellectual Property
The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by IAM_DEV. You retain all rights to any files you create or process using the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IAM_DEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or documents.
Updates
IAM_DEV may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
